Adding and publishing a property Ad on this platform is absolutely free of charge.
If your property is rented out by a Homerental client, you will have to pay a fixed administrative fee, which is equal to 200 Eur, to the company that owns and manages the platform.
The most essential information is your contact number that we could reach you whenever any of our client shows interest in your published property. Also it is very important to write your property description in English language as Homerental platform is mainly used by foreign clients, who start working and living in Lithuania.
